Description of Therapeutic Services

Counseling services and Yoga therapy for the body, mind and spirit.

Samsara Terapia is owned by Andrea Vilela Araujo, who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is a certified as a Yoga Therapist (Level 2) through Dr. Larry Payne's Yoga Rx Therapy program at Loyola Marymount University. Andrea is also a RYT-500 Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher, trained in Integrative Yoga Therapy by Joseph and Lillian LePage in Brazil.

Andrea offers personal yoga therapy and instruction for private or small group sessions, and custom designs yoga classes and programs for her clients for both preventative and therapeutic purposes, including prenatal yoga. Beginner and intermediate level yoga classes are offered, and all ages and levels of experience are welcome.
